§1 General information

  1. This policy applies to the Website operating at www.nitrochemis.com. The website operator and personal data administrator is: Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek, ul.   2. The website uses personal data for the following purposes: handling queries via the form, implementation of ordered products and services, presentation of the offer or information.
  3. The website gathers information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms that are entered into the Operator's systems.

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator.   2. Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. The data is deleted immediately after the end of the purpose for which it was collected or after the consent to their processing has been withdrawn. With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
